the hotel offered a free shuttle service to the airport. this bus stopped at terminals 1 and 2 (it took about 30 minutes from terminal 1).

i found a few things not up to standards. the bathroom had a noticeable urine stench, i had to keep the door open. the bathroom filter looked dirty, and there wasn't a safe deposit box, this was disappointing. the yukata provided was much too long, it.

the room smelled musty. it smelled of old cigarette smoke, despite it being a non smoking room. i had to sleep with the light on all night. the only light switch was for the bathroom.

I found the bathroom cleanliness substandard. the toilet emitted a persistent drainage smell. the breakfast options disappointed me too. The food quality was approximately 5 out of 10. this fell short of expectations for a 4-star hotel.
